2. Downloads & licenses

Installers and applications provided on usg-teams.com are licensed, not sold. Personal, non-commercial use is granted at no charge unless a specific commercial license is offered. Redistribution, reverse engineering, or resale is prohibited without written consent.

3. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or authentication.
Do not upload malware, spam, or content that infringes third-party rights.
Do not use the Services to harass, defame, or harm others.

4. Content ownership

You retain ownership of content you create with our Services (scripts, projects, job searches, messages). We do not claim rights to your work. We may retain a limited license to host and back up your content solely to operate the service for you.

USG Careers may aggregate publicly listed job postings. Trademarks and job titles are property of their respective owners. USG Filmmaker Pro may embed YouTube previews; those clips are subject to YouTube's terms.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, USG Films & Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which USG Films & Technologies is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
